PROPTECH CONSORTIUM OF THE PHILIPPINES is established in 2021 at the height of the pandemic by Chairperson and Co-Founder Emma Imperial together with the Founding Directors: Josephine Romero, Architect Cathy Saldaña, Amor Maclang, Rosemarie Bosch-Ong, Sylvester Wong, Ricardo Lagdameo, David Rafael with AJ Rocero as the Managing and Founding Executive Director. The Consortium is a non-profit organization that commits to elevating societal quality of life through the integration of sustainable, resilient, smart, and innovative technologies in real estate.
Since its formation, the PropTech Consortium has been very active in coordinating with public and private entities to serve as the country’s locus of the most innovative real estate technologies that have the greatest positive impact on people and environment with its core values of collaboration, balance, groundbreaking, and integrity.

The Managing Director of the PropTech Consortium of the Philippines is A J Rocero. She is also the Founding Executive Director of the organisation, which is the first and only PropTech organization in the country, with a mission to digitalize the real estate industry and improve the societal quality of life of Filipinos through the integration of sustainable, resilient, smart, and innovative technologies in our country.
PropTech Serbia is a dedicated community committed to advocating the integration of technology within the real estate sector. Their mission is to enhance the real estate market by providing comprehensive guidance to companies and individuals, illustrating how PropTech can significantly augment their business endeavors and enrich the user experience of their services and products.
Their motivation stems from the evolution of the real estate market and PropTech ecosystem in Serbia. They aspire to elevate domestic PropTech innovations to international recognition, while also promoting the proficiency and knowledge of Serbian tech and real estate professionals. They are committed to nurturing excellence and progress within the industry.
Serbia is part of the Central & South-East European Region.
PropTech Serbia is founded by Dragana Filipovic in 2021.
With more than a decade of working in the real estate industry, Dragana brings experience ranging from valuation
and sales to marketing and business development. She is the owner of d. estate, real estate consultancy and sales company.
As a founder and president of PropTech Serbia Dragana is engaged in providing consulting services in the field of digitisation of real estate business and implementation of innovative solutions.
Dragana holds a master’s degree in economics, but she has special interests in tech, data analytics and product development.
